Hi all, sorry I didnt make the call - 2am to 4am is a bit tough for me here in Australia I've modified the charter document for your consideration - It confused IP with licensing so Ive separated those concerns - Added a proposed simple governance model - Significantly changed the scope - as written it didnt seem say anything beyond "lets have a talk fest" Just my suggestions - for your consideration.
